    Hello and welcome to the Genealogy Trails website for Westchester County, New York Our goal is to help you track your ancestors through time by transcribing genealogical and historical data and placing it online for the free use of all researchers. My name is Debbi, your Westchester County Host. I will get data up as I find and transcribe it. Westchester County consisted of a few villages with a small number of inhabitants and farms scattered over large tracts of land. Other than gristmills and sawmills, there was no manufacturing.
